Perhaps at no other time in our lives we need to figure out a way to save a little bit of extra money, so we can continue to enjoy the fun things in life. Now there are certain errands we must make around town, and there are essentials we must buy, but the trick is to have a little bit left over, so we can indulge ourselves in some of things we love life. Therefore, it pays to be organized, and to have the most efficient route when doing errands around town and going shopping.Obviously with just-in-time logistics and in studying the business modeling all of the distribution, transportation, and delivery companies, we see they have special software which allows them to map out the best route. This way they can make their deliveries in the shortest amount of time, using the least amount of fuel. Interestingly enough – that sounds a lot like what all of us are trying to do. Luckily, now there are Google maps, and you can list all the businesses you wish to go to, or all locations you wish to visit during your errands, and then print it out.An efficient mapping will allow you to save hours off your time, and many miles as well. This translates to saving wear and tear on your vehicle, giving you more free time, and also saving you money in fuel. Perhaps you can save $5-$10, and buy yourself, and your friend a Starbuck’s coffee. Maybe that extra $10 allows you to buy something you’d like to get for yourself. Something that you deserve, and have been thinking about.It’s amazing all this new technology online and all the apps on our iPhones, but surprisingly so few people use them, or that is to say they do not use them for the important things like staying efficient, and saving money on the personal budget. Indeed, I hope you’ll please consider this before you run around town on your errands this week. Please consider all this.
